Cancellation:  Full refund less a $35 administrative fee if cancelling before receiving the program materials which are sent electronically 7 days before your program start. Once we have emailed you the program materials, there is no refund. You will, however, have full access to the program member area on our site for the duration of the program and for 3-9 months afterward - depending on the program you have registered for. There you can download all session audio/video recordings, fieldwork, and additional materials.

Transfer:  You can transfer your registration to a different program if you do that before we email the materials for the program you are transferring from. A $35 transfer fee applies.
