Increase Your Influence Competency!
All of our programs are based on the competencies required of outstanding leadership for any individual. Before this webinar begins, leaders rate themselves on the influence assessment's 5-point scale in each of the 4 core content areas. Influence Matters is designed to increase both knowledge and competency by at least 1 point in at least 1 skill area in each of those 4 mastery areas as judged by the participant and, if she chooses, one or two people she has asked to observe her throughout the series. Then, as the leader moves along through the program, she can measure how much more skillfully she's influencing!
6 Live Interactive Webinars
Get the feel of being in a live room! There are 6 interactive webinars, and a get-acquainted process that takes place on-line a week before the program start. We use Cisco's WebEx advanced training webinar tool. The presenter is "live" on screen as are any materials that are being discussed in the moment. Participants can be put into small break out groups at any time during the webinar to discuss cases and content, then come back to the large group and report out. The presenter can "visit" each of these "rooms" just as if everyone was in a live presentation. Participants can be unmuted for the main call discussions as well for live Q&A. Leaders can be in any part of the world and feel like they're all in the same room. The webinar leader combines short presentations with in-depth group discussion of application of the learning from content and cases, with interactive exercises, and discussion of application to the leaders' influence situations.
Self-Paced e-Learning
Learn how to be a top-notch influencer in just 10 minutes a day! Our self-paced e-learning jump starts the leader's real-time application of her influence skills and is a big value-add to the live webinar sessions. With our e-learning, the leader learns when she chooses, for however long she wants, and at a time that fits with her busy work schedule.
How that's done: In between each webinar session, leaders link to our site for the e-learning modules. In each e-learning session, an expert coach and facilitator takes leaders through the 31 short video tracks that bring each of the program days' content to life. And added to that, each of the 31 days has downloadable program materials, cases, checklists and, if applicable, 1 or 2 electronic worksheets. And, the leader can jump ahead if a specific influence challenge comes up where the content in a future module would be best viewed and applied in the moment.
What You'll Learn
The 4 skill mastery areas: Master the Basics, Master the Plan, Master Your Delivery, and Master Your Self fully equip the leader for any influence situation. And although they follow in a specific order, leaders can jump ahead at any time when an influence situation calls for it.

Peer Consulting
Learn with a peer or two. Leaders meet in pairs or trios 2 or 3 times over the course of the webinar series for about an hour by phone (or in person if they're in the same location) to talk about application to their own situations. Leaders find these peer meetings to be invaluable.

Optional Individual Coaching
Get better faster with individual coaching sessions. Whatever the challenge, having your own coach will help you figure out the best approach for you in whatever influence situation you're in! That's why when attending one of our 31-Day Series webinars we offer a reduced-fee coaching package of 3 one-hour sessions in addition to the webinar fee. You can choose to add a coaching package before or after the program start. This coaching package is discounted for those who are self-pay. Coaching beyond the 3 hours is at our regular rates. Program Dates and Times
Program Start Date is February 24: Webinar sessions are 60 minutes and are held on Wednesdays at Noon Pacific, 1:00 Mountain, 2:00 Central and 3:00 Eastern. We record every webinar. If you have to miss a session, you won't miss the content! We have a special introductory/get acquainted call on February 17 at noon for 30 minutes for this program.

Introductory Program Cost
Cost for the webinar program is $325 per leader, or $275 per leader for groups of 5 or more registering at the same time from one organization. Full payment or a signed purchase order is due 1 week before the program start date. Groups cannot register on line. Individuals who register on line must pay at the time of registration. If you have a company purchase order, contact us by phone or email and we will set up your registration on the phone.

Webinar Cancellation Policy: Full refund less a $35 administrative fee if cancelling before receiving the program materials which are sent electronically 7 days before your program start. Once we have emailed you the program materials, there is no refund. You will, however, have full access to the program member area on our site for the duration of the program and for 3-9 months afterward - depending on the program you have registered for. There you can download all session audio/video recordings, fieldwork, and additional materials. Transfer: You can transfer your registration to a different program if you do that before we email the materials for the program you are transferring from. A $35 transfer fee applies.
