But because their schedules are limited, they're in multiple locations, and the work is their most important focus, 2 or 3-day leadership events just aren't ideal. We reocgnize that. That's why our leadership development groups take place over time, in short segments, and on days and times that work for all.
We believe that since your key managers are leading your company's most important projects, initiatives, and teams, they should be able to build their leadership skill set in time slots short enough for their busy schedule and with peers who may be located around the globe. In alignment with that, we have designed our leadership development groups so that they're available both live and on-demand in digestible segments and over the internet with video-enabled technology.

Who Should Join
Managers with significant leadership responsibility. We focus on ensuring continued success, preparing for challenging new roles, and positioning for long-term advancement. Leaders from the same organization may join together. An inter-organizational, cross-industry mix is optimal for exposure to ideas and opinions of others who are outside of your company or industry. Maximum group size is 10.
What to Expect
Participating managers can expect to have a very clear vision of the specific leadership skills they need to further develop, and a 6-month development plan for reaching the goals. They then come to each meeting ready to discuss the sessions' topic, how it relates to their development goals, and their achievements and challenges to date. In every session your managers get expert coaching and advice and come away with fresh ideas, actions to consider, and next steps to take.
Each session has a focus and within that context participants' current leadership challenges are discussed. Pre-assigned leadership articles and their application coupled with interactive Q&A and coaching help make the learning more action oriented. Off-line peer groups, posting and discussion of relevant material on our LeaderXpress Facebook page, private discussion in a Google+ Circle, and the 60-minutes of 1:1 coaching further add to real-time application.

360 Assessment: The 360 on-line leadership practices assessment is $595 and includes a 90-minute 1:1 debrief.
