One or 2 Sessions: Occasionally a leader requires on-the-spot coaching for tough leadership issues regarding influence, strategic communication, negotiation, delicate political situations, and tough leader/manager employee issues. Our experts are available for very short term engagements from one or two phone calls to occasional in-the-moment coaching as required. Spot coaching is not linked to a development plan and does not have one associated with it. The leader, however, completes a Results Expected form in advance and we coach to those goals.
3-Session Packages: We offer a package of 3 one-hour coaching sessions based on the client's Results Expected goals. Leaders may extend that option once - for a total of 3 more hours - at the same fee. Fees for a self-pay client generally are 20-25% lower than when their organization is paying.
Webinar Series Coaching Option: When attending one of our 31-Day Series webinars or the Leading Without Limits webinar/e-learning program, we offer a reduced-fee coaching package of 3 one-hour sessions in addition to the webinar fee. Company-paid: $900. Self-Pay: $750. Coaching beyond the 3 hours is at our regular rates. Please contact us for a rate quote.
